Director’s Vision for ‘Lunae Veritatis’

The creative process behind Lunae Veritatis was as organic and unpredictable as the journey it portrays. What began as a visual exploration soon evolved into a full-fledged cosmic odyssey—one that delves into the birth of creativity itself. The film captures the indescribable path an artist takes to conceive a piece of music, where inspiration strikes in chaotic bursts and is tempered by moments of clarity and deep reflection.

Lunae Veritatis unfolds as a visual life cycle of musical creation—a universe where disorder and harmony coexist, mirroring the very essence of artistic ideation. From the very first frame, the pacing is designed to captivate, surprise, and immerse the audience before ultimately releasing them, just as the cycle begins anew.

While listening to the track, the visual concept of cosmic exploration and space travel emerged naturally, serving as the perfect metaphor for the boundless creative voyage. At the same time, I wanted to infuse the film with a vintage, retro aesthetic—one that echoes the textured and tactile quality of the track. Assembling these disparate yet interconnected sequences was a meticulous and lengthy process, one that sought to transport the audience into a chaotic yet undeniably beautiful journey through the heart of artistic creation.
